What You'll Do

• Process employee payrolls accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Manage employee benefits and ensure proper deductions are made
• Prepare and submit required tax forms and reports
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll records
• Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and termination processes

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Familiarity with payroll software systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)
