Role Overview

Hyve Solutions, a leader in the data center solutions industry, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and supporting other administrative tasks related to payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process and distribute paychecks in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Calculate and process various types of compensation including bonuses, overtime, and commission payments
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all necessary documentation is up to date
• Ensure timely submission of payroll reports to relevant authorities
• Support other administrative tasks related to payroll processing as needed

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the finance or human resources department
• Strong understanding of local and international payroll regulations and tax laws
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and management
