What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and self-paced training programs aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities
• Create engaging course materials, including presentations, job aids, and multimedia content
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to ensure training relevance
• Adapt training delivery to diverse learning styles and technical backgrounds
• Maintain comprehensive training documentation and learning management systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a trainer, instructional designer, or learning and development professional
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proficiency in designing and delivering technical or software training preferred
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and training delivery platforms
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team
