What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated hands-on experience building or operating machine learning platforms and infrastructure
- Strong proficiency with popular ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms
- Solid expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization technologies
- Proficiency in Python and at least one systems-level programming language like C++, Go, or Rust
- Experience optimizing ML training workflows, resource allocation, and computational efficiency
- Ability to execute complex technical initiatives independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and research teams
