About the Role

We're seeking a technically accomplished engineer with hands-on expertise in constructing production-grade ML infrastructure. You'll own the architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable systems that allow researchers and data scientists to develop, train, and iterate on sophisticated AI models effectively.

What You'll Do

• Design and build ML training platforms capable of supporting large-scale model development workloads
• Develop infrastructure components that provide reliability, performance, and resource efficiency across training pipelines
• Create tooling and frameworks that enable data scientists and AI researchers to experiment and iterate rapidly
• Optimize system performance across compute, storage, and networking to support efficient model training at scale
• Work directly with research teams to understand infrastructure requirements and translate them into robust solutions
• Implement monitoring, operational processes, and best practices to ensure production platform stability

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated hands-on experience building or operating machine learning platforms and infrastructure
• Strong proficiency with popular ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms
• Solid expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization technologies
• Proficiency in Python and at least one systems-level programming language like C++, Go, or Rust
• Experience optimizing ML training workflows, resource allocation, and computational efficiency
• Ability to execute complex technical initiatives independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and research teams
