This Program Manager position centers on overseeing complex programs and projects within Jacobs' energy and power business. You'll manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring delivery of innovative solutions across the sector while maintaining excellence in execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Direct program strategy, planning, and execution from conception through completion
- Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet organizational targets
- Lead and coordinate teams across departments and with external partners and clients
- Monitor program performance against key metrics and communicate status to leadership
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to keep initiatives on track
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in energy and power projects
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships within the energy sector
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing programs or projects in energy, utilities, power, or related infrastructure sectors
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on schedule and within budget
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience influencing cross-functional groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Working knowledge of energy and power industry practices, regulations, and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field (or equivalent professional background)
- Familiarity with program and project management methodologies and tools
- PMP certification or similar credential preferred
