The Opportunity
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Landscape Officer to join a high-performing team responsible for shaping the landscape outcomes of major residential developments and public realm projects. Working alongside developers, landscape architects, planners, and engineering teams, you will play a key role in ensuring subdivision landscaping delivers high-quality, sustainable, and livable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed design concepts for various project types including residential subdivisions, parks, and public spaces.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local government regulations and standards.
- Evaluate existing conditions and propose innovative solutions that enhance ecological sustainability and community engagement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in landscape projects.
What We're Looking For
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Landscape Officer or similar role within the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong technical skills including proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software tools.
