About the Role

Based in Barton, South Canberra, the part-time ILS Officer joins the Integrated Logistics Support team and works with specialists across the organisation to advance fleet sustainment goals. Everyday activity centres on logistics coordination that enables the program to meet its capability targets without compromising operational standards.

Core Duties

• Coordinate Integrated Logistics Support tasks that maintain the readiness of Collins Class Submarines
• Assist with planning and tracking of logistics elements so the Collins Submarine Program meets its sustainment objectives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align support activities with broader fleet-requirements
• Prepare and update logistics records that contribute to the continued effectiveness of the submarine fleet
• Monitor logistics processes and recommend improvements that strengthen overall program outcomes
• Support the delivery of reliable Integrated Logistics Support solutions for ongoing submarine operations in Barton, South Canberra
