What This Role Involves

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our ANZ People & Performance team on a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave. As the ideal candidate, you will partner with Corporate and Commercial functions across ANZ, primarily supporting leaders at L3/L4 level.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR support to senior leadership teams in Corporate and Commercial functions
• Develop and deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives
• Conduct performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and drive organizational culture
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within the corporate environment
• Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leadership and driving strategic initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead change management projects
• Experience in talent development and succession planning
• Affinity for working within a fast-paced, dynamic organization
