About This Position
The Senior FF&E Designer at CCD / Cheng Chung Design will lead the design and selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for various hospitality projects. This role requires a creative and experienced professional to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to ensure the highest quality in design execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the FF&E design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Select and source high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet aesthetic and functional standards.

- Ensure all FF&E selections are within budget and adhere to project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FF&E design, with a proven track record in hospitality or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines effectively.
- Strong knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment trends and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
