Senior Director, HR Business Partnering

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Director of Human Resources Business Partnering in Old Sixth Ward, Houston. This is a full-time position that invites an experienced HR executive to shape organizational strategy and talent initiatives alongside senior leadership teams.

About the Role

You will serve as a strategic HR executive responsible for aligning people operations with business objectives across the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of HR Business Partnering, you will collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer's leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that fuel revenue expansion, strengthen market position, and cultivate a robust pipeline of emerging leaders. This role combines strategic partnership at the executive level with hands-on ownership of organizational development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Partner with C-suite and senior leadership to design and implement organizational strategies that support sustained, profitable business growth
• Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives across revenue-generating functions
• Develop and execute leadership development programs that identify and retain high-potential talent for future roles
• Drive organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, process improvement, and cultural alignment
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to ensure a consistently strong leadership bench
• Build collaborative relationships across departments to diagnose people challenges and recommend scalable solutions
• Contribute to company-wide HR strategy that balances business growth with employee engagement and retention

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR executive or senior HR business partner in a fast-growth or global organization
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational transformations and change management initiatives
• Strong partnership skills with C-suite and executive teams; ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy
• Expertise in workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, and talent management
• Deep understanding of organizational design, compensation, benefits, and employee relations in complex environments
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities with diverse stakeholder groups
• Strategic mindset balanced with operational execution excellence
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
