About the Role

The Village Company is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at our Eden Prairie, Minnesota headquarters. In this full-time, on-site role, you will report directly to our Senior Creative Director and take the lead on bringing creative concepts to life across digital, social, and packaging channels. You'll guide the visual execution of work for a portfolio of trusted bath, shower, hair, and body care products, ensuring every asset is polished, on-brand, and ready to connect with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design and execution of digital, social media, and packaging assets across our brand portfolio
• Translate creative direction into compelling, production-ready designs that resonate with families
• Partner closely with the Senior Creative Director to uphold and elevate brand standards
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive creative for multiple product lines
• Maintain consistency, quality, and craft throughout every stage of the design process

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior-level graphic designer, ideally within consumer products, packaging, or branded creative
• Strong command of digital, social, and packaging design disciplines
• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic, brand-driven visual storytelling
• Ability to lead creative execution while collaborating within a team environment
• Comfortable working on-site at our Eden Prairie, Minnesota location
