Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall biostatistics strategy, aligning statistical priorities with organizational objectives at Premierresearch in 2 locations
• Oversee development of statistical analysis frameworks, methodologies, and quality standards for diverse study designs
• Partner with multidisciplinary colleagues to embed robust biostatistical input into protocol design, reporting, and decision-making processes
• Mentor biostatistics staff, build technical capabilities, and promote a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning
• Review and approve statistical deliverables to guarantee accuracy, regulatory readiness, and scientific integrity
• Serve as the primary statistical authority in governance forums and collaborative discussions
