What This Role Involves

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Engineer or similar role within the technology industry, preferably with pre-sales support.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and solutions in cloud security and networking environments.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various web technologies, including DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, etc.
- A proven track record of successfully closing deals in a pre-sales environment.
