What This Role Involves
The Senior Conference Services Site Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the guest experience across all conference centers under Rapport's management. This includes overseeing event planning, logistics coordination, and ensuring high standards of service for both guests and employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more conference centers, ensuring smooth running of events from start to finish.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Manage a team of event coordinators and support staff, providing leadership and coaching for career development.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to secure top-tier services and products for events.
- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in conference center management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and staff alike.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality events and services.
- A deep understanding of event planning, logistics, and customer service principles.
