Senior Clinical Research Associate – Texas/Central US – FSP

Parexel is hiring a Senior Clinical Research Associate (FSP) based in Providence, to drive site monitoring and management excellence across clinical studies spanning Texas and the Central US region.

About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Parexel, you will support and oversee monitoring and site management activities for client-sponsored studies within a Functional Service Provider (FSP) model. Working from Providence, you will ensure every study is conducted in full alignment with ICH GCP standards, country and local regulatory requirements, and client standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site monitoring and site management activities for client-sponsored clinical trials.
• Conduct both on-site and remote site visits, ensuring all interactions are accurately captured and documented in the CTMS.
• Verify that all study activities comply with ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and client-specific SOPs.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with investigative sites and internal study teams.
• Monitor data quality, patient safety, and protocol adherence throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with senior-level monitoring expertise.
• Thorough working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on familiarity with CTMS and clinical trial documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for on-site monitoring across the Texas and Central US territory.
