Als Senior Buchhalter:in bei Sunday Natural, wirst du Teil eines 10-köpfigen Finance-Teams sein und eine vielseitige und engagierte Rolle übernehmen. Mit deinem Auge fürs Detail und deiner Fähigkeit, die tägliche Arbeit des Teams zu leiten, wirst du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum Wachstum unseres Buchhaltungs-Teams leisten.
What You'll Do
- Bearbeitung und Pflege der Hauptbuchhaltung in unserem ERP-System Odoo
- Kontrolle automatisch generierter Ausgangsrechnungen
- Federführende Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
- Unterstützung beim Jahresabschluss nach HGB
- Sicherstellung korrekter, eigenständiger und termingerechter Bilanzabstimmungen, Abgrenzungen, aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten und Rückstellungen
- Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Abstimmung mit externen Steuerberatern und Finanzbehörden
- Etablierung ordnungsgemäßer Intercompany-Buchhaltung durch die Erstellung, Abstimmung von Intercompany-Rechnungen und -Zahlungen
- Unterstützung bei IFRS-relevanten Reporting-Themen und Beitrag zum Aufbau unserer Konzernkonsolidierung
- Erste Ansprechperson für das Accounting-Team bei fachlichen Fragen
- Ausführung von inhaltlichen Checks der vom Team vorbereiteten Buchungen
- Bündeltes Arbeiten mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
Qualifications
Für diese Position benötigen wir eine Ausbildung, idealerweise in der Bilanzbuchhaltung, als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder ein kaufmännisches Studium abgeschlossen. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Accounting/Finance sind notwendig.
