What You'll Do

• Direct audit procedures and oversee fieldwork across multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory frameworks
• Manage compliance deliverables and partner with clients on audit findings, recommendations, and financial reporting matters
• Develop and coach junior auditors and senior associates, fostering their technical skills and professional judgment
• Communicate audit results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex accounting issues into actionable insights
• Support business development by building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded service delivery

What We're Looking For

• CPA license or actively pursuing certification; relevant experience managing audit engagements
• Solid understanding of GAAP, auditing standards (AICPA/PCAOB), and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proven ability to supervise team members and mentor developing professionals
• Detail-oriented approach to quality control with strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
