Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven senior commercial associate to join our dynamic team at Shepstone And Wylie Attorneys in Umhlanga Rocks, eThekwini. The successful candidate will be expected to provide legal advice and support to a diverse portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on commercial and corporate law matters.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support in commercial and corporate law matters.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis for complex legal issues.
• Prepare legal documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist junior associates and trainees in their professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial and corporate law.
• Strong technical legal expertise in relevant areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
