The Opportunity
Serve as Senior Manager, Client Strategy - Non-RTW Fashion at ShopMy and become the primary advisor owning daily account leadership plus satisfaction for non-ready-to-wear fashion clients. Brand retention remains essential to growth, and your work will advance expansion as well as overall performance. The role demands organization, active engagement, meticulous attention, and skill guiding affiliate marketing while improving brand outcomes on the platform. Candidates who demonstrate ownership and strategic commercial judgment as self-directed contributors thriving with limited oversight in rapid conditions stand out. ShopMy constructs foundations for scaled, person-guided product discovery in e-commerce, equipping brands to operate effective creator initiatives and enabling creators to partner with preferred companies for earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Forge trusted advisory ties with executives across non-ready-to-wear fashion brands
- Partner with Sales to clarify goals, expectations, and expansion potential for incoming accounts
- Sustain high retention while proposing data-supported feature additions
- Guide primary stakeholders to increase creator and affiliate investments, enlarging marketing budget share
- Resolve everyday issues affecting performance across multiple accounts
- Provide rapid, precise, professional support where timeliness counts
- Escalate client product input to shape the roadmap as the customer voice
- Elevate discussions strategically to capture greater partner value
- Introduce AI-supported workflows that refine personal productivity and team AI adoption
What We're Looking For
- Six-plus years of account management including large non-ready-to-wear fashion accounts such as accessories, shoes, intimates, and swimwear
- Demonstrated oversight of enterprise or complex brand relationships
- Record of driving retention, expansion, and sustained growth
- Skill engaging executives and shaping decisions
- Analytic strength converting performance data into strategic insight
- Outstanding communication paired with executive presence
- Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth settings
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred: creator economy insight, SaaS client success that exceeds goals, affiliate platform and performance marketing familiarity, or startup background
