Core Duties

• Engage with assigned leads via the auto dialer system to initiate contact promptly.
• Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for upGrad's programs.
• Build rapport, credibility, and trust through effective communication and active listening.
• Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors for qualified leads.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
• Strong analytical skills to assess lead suitability effectively.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
