Position Summary
The role of a Security Guard at nLeague involves ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. This full-time position is based in Chattanooga, TN with a duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will work for Tennessee MHSAS under a day shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three days a week initially. After the first two to three weeks, the shift will transition to 0600-1930.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure client premises during assigned shifts
- Respond to emergencies and report incidents promptly
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with staff and visitors
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this position
- The ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional demeanor
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary
