About the Role

The Security Executive/Supervisor position at Hilton in India (nationwide) (nationwide) is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's security team. You will lead and manage a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of security officers, providing training and guidance as needed to maintain high standards of performance.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees by conducting regular patrols and inspections.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents promptly and effectively, ensuring the well-being of all individuals involved.
• Communicate with management and staff to address any concerns or issues related to security.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within security or law enforcement is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures, including emergency response plans and fire safety measures.
