Responsibilities

• Train new staff members on company policies, products, and best practices in sales and service
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• A passion for yoga, wellness, and mindfulness
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail industry
