Frank Myers Auto Maxx is hiring a Sales Manager with Special Finance/Deep Sub-Prime experience to lead our team at our high-volume used car dealership in Sedges Garden. If you thrive on motivating people, closing tough deals, and helping customers with challenging credit drive away happy, this full-time leadership role is your next move.

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll own the special finance and deep sub-prime side of the business at one of the area's largest pre-owned dealerships. This is a hands-on leadership position for a high-energy professional who knows how to structure deals others can't and who genuinely enjoys coaching a sales floor to consistent wins. The position includes a $3,000.00 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team toward strong, repeatable results
• Manage and grow the dealership's special finance and deep sub-prime operations
• Structure and close deals for customers across the full credit spectrum
• Set a positive, energetic tone on the sales floor and lead by example
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep customers moving forward
