About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate and Cashier at our New Hartford store, you'll bridge customer service and operations. Every shift involves engaging shoppers, showcasing our diverse merchandise, and ensuring seamless checkout experiences. What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance locating products across departments
• Operate the cash register with speed and accuracy, handling payments and processing returns
• Maintain current knowledge of promotions, pricing, and product features
• Keep sales floor merchandise organized, properly stocked, and visually appealing
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks throughout your shift
• Genuine interest in helping customers find what they're seeking
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
