Call Center Representative, Shop by Phone

Boscov's is hiring a part-time Call Center Representative to join our customer service team at our Muhlenburg Park location in Berks County. In this phone-based role, you'll help customers navigate our online shopping experience and complete their orders.

About the Role

As a Call Center Representative in our Shop by Phone program, you'll be the direct voice supporting our customers. This is a part-time position with Saturday availability required, and you must be available to work between 9 AM and 8 PM to align with our customer service hours.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers via phone with website navigation and online shopping questions
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently over the phone
• Answer product inquiries and provide detailed merchandise information
• Help customers resolve concerns with patience and professionalism
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation
• Guide customers through our ecommerce platform and checkout process

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience or genuine interest in retail and ecommerce
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions with focus and accuracy
• Attention to detail when processing orders and capturing customer information
• Reliable commitment to Saturday shifts and our 9 AM to 8 PM availability window
• Positive, helpful attitude and genuine interest in customer satisfaction
