What This Role Involves

All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.

• You may also be assigned merchandising, front end or other responsibilities as needed.

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be on sales responsibilities. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment by performing various tasks such as restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
• A strong understanding of wine and spirits is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
