About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Kirkland's Home in Katy, your core focus is delivering a memorable, welcoming shopping experience for every guest who walks through the door. Working closely with and guided by the store management team, you'll move fluidly between selling, register, stock, and visual tasks to keep the store running smoothly and to help drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them using the Kirkland's customer service approach to create a standout in-store experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations and merchandising in partnership with, and under the direction of, the management team.
• Flex across multiple roles throughout your shift, including assisting shoppers on the sales floor, ringing up purchases at the register, and replenishing product.
• Help set and maintain merchandising displays so the store stays organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Contribute to sales growth by actively engaging customers and helping them find the right products for their homes.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
• Comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and switching between selling, cashiering, restocking, and merchandising as needed.
• A collaborative, team-first attitude and willingness to follow direction from store leadership.
• Reliable, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work a part-time retail schedule, including the flexibility retail typically requires.
