About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Kirkland's Home in Katy, Harris County, your core focus is delivering a memorable, welcoming shopping experience for every guest who walks through the door. Working closely with and guided by the store management team, you'll move fluidly between selling, register, stock, and visual tasks to keep the store running smoothly and to help drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them using the Kirkland's customer service approach to create a standout in-store experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations and merchandising in partnership with, and under the direction of, the management team.
