As a Sales Associate and Jewelry Specialist at Jared in Columbus's Polaris Towne Center, you'll be the trusted guide for customers seeking engagement rings, bridal sets, fine jewelry, watches, and special occasion pieces. You'll engage with guests one-on-one, understand their unique stories and preferences, and connect them with jewelry that fits their vision and budget.

What You'll Do

• Provide expert consultations and personalized recommendations across our jewelry selection
• Educate customers on diamond quality, gemstone characteristics, metal types, and care
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale records
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on future needs
• Keep displays polished, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory management and stock verification
• Schedule consultations and appointments for milestone purchases
• Represent Jared's commitment to quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service
