About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you're responsible for running specialized production equipment and ensuring consistent output meets our stringent quality standards. You'll monitor machine performance, perform hands-on adjustments, and quickly respond to any operational issues. This is not a desk job — you'll be actively engaged with equipment, working safely and efficiently to support the manufacturing team.
What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery according to established specifications and standard operating procedures
- Monitor equipment performance and watch for signs of malfunction or degradation
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspections to keep machines running reliably
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and maintain detailed production records
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards or equipment issues to your supervisor
- Keep your work area organized and clean throughout your shift
- Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets and schedules
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operations quickly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work shift schedules, including fixed or rotating options
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work
- Ability to read technical documentation and follow written instructions
- Teamwork and communication skills
Shift Options & Compensation
We offer multiple shift schedules to fit your lifestyle. Choose from day, afternoon, or overnight shifts, with the flexibility to work fixed schedules or rotating shifts based on your availability. Day shifts run 7 am to 3 pm, afternoon shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm, and overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am.
Your compensation is competitive and reflects the value you bring. Starting pay ranges from $25.00 to $28.11 per hour based on your assigned responsibilities. Afternoon and overnight shift workers receive an additional $1.50-per-hour differential. Sunday work is compensated at double-time rates.
