Dollar General is hiring a Full-Time Lead Sales Associate at our store location in Gray, Tennessee. As a Lead Sales Associate, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store operations and helping your team succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on customer-facing position where you'll drive sales, support team members, and maintain store standards at our Gray, Tennessee location. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience and ensuring our store runs smoothly every day.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service and complete transactions at the register
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
• Support merchandise stocking, displays, and inventory organization throughout the store
• Help train and mentor other team members on sales techniques and store procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that meets company standards
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate daily reconciliation
• Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving
• Collaborate with your team to meet store sales goals and company initiatives
