About the Role

As Lead Product Manager of Marketing and Sales Technology at UKG, you'll own the product roadmap for tools that enable our sales and marketing teams to reach, engage, and convert customers. What You'll Do

  • Define product strategy and vision for marketing and sales technology platforms, translating customer needs and market opportunities into actionable roadmaps
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand pain points and requirements for frontline selling and campaign tools
  • Lead discovery, user research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantage
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features that accelerate sales velocity and marketing effectiveness
  • Own success metrics and analytics, using data to validate product decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success shipping complex B2B or SaaS products
  • Strong background in marketing technology, sales enablement, CRM platforms, or adjacent enterprise software domains
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into compelling product strategy and roadmaps
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and customer feedback to inform decisions
  • Experience managing product timelines, resources, and competing priorities with strong execution discipline
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA a plus
