About the Role

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management cloud platforms, you'll lead the design, configuration, and optimization of planning and profitability solutions. This full-time position combines technical expertise with strategic advisory, positioning you at the intersection of finance transformation and cloud technology for enterprise clients across industries.

What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and upgrade projects for Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) and Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) in demanding client environments
• Design financial data models, consolidation hierarchies, and reporting frameworks aligned with client objectives
• Configure EPM cloud solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability workflows
• Advise CFO organizations on cloud migration strategy, legacy system replacement, and process modernization
• Establish governance frameworks, business rules engines, and automation to improve planning efficiency
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of Deloitte's EPM service delivery

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM cloud solutions (PBCS/PCMCS)
• Deep technical knowledge of data modeling, dimension design, calculation logic, and metadata management
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes, consolidation, and reporting best practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and translate business needs into solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about technology architecture
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, business, or related field
• Oracle EPM certification preferred; Hyperion or similar planning platform experience valued
