TNT Crane & Rigging is hiring a Sales professional for our Five Points, New Mexico location, serving the greater Albuquerque area. This full-time Sales role is perfect for someone ready to drive revenue growth while managing client relationships across a defined territory in the commercial construction equipment sector.

About the Role

As a Sales representative for TNT Crane & Rigging, you'll play a critical part in growing our business by securing new contracts and nurturing existing customer partnerships. Your territory will be your responsibility—you'll own the relationship building, account management, and closing process with commercial construction clients who depend on quality crane and rigging solutions. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll have the autonomy to pursue opportunities while leveraging company resources and industry expertise.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial construction accounts within your assigned sales territory
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Five Points and Albuquerque region
• Build long-term relationships with construction companies, general contractors, and project managers
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for crane rental and rigging services
• Coordinate with operations to ensure project timelines and customer expectations align
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales pipeline activity
• Represent TNT Crane & Rigging professionally to prospects and existing clients

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in equipment rental, construction services, or B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and self-motivate in a territory-based structure
• Familiarity with the construction industry or willingness to learn the sector quickly
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit client job sites as needed
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting
