About the Role

As our Safety Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor across all levels of our organization. You'll translate safety strategy into action, partner with field and office teams to prevent incidents before they happen, and help embed a safety-first mindset into everything we do. Your work protects our people, strengthens our operations, and supports the communities we serve through our mechanical and fire protection services.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead safety programs that reflect current regulatory standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with teams to identify workplace risks and develop practical prevention strategies
• Deliver training and conduct audits that keep our people engaged, compliant, and confident
• Investigate incidents and near-misses to understand root causes and implement lasting improvements
• Build and monitor safety metrics that inform leadership decisions and track our progress
• Work cross-functionally to make safety an integral part of our daily culture

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing safety programs in construction, contracting, or industrial settings
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, compliance requirements, and safety frameworks
• Excellent communication and influence skills—you inspire teams and engage leaders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to collect data, spot trends, and drive meaningful change
• Professional safety certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST) preferred
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with safety evolution
