About the Role

As a Character Performer with RWS Global, you'll be the heart of the guest experience at LEGOLAND. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic entertainment environment where creativity, energy, and enthusiasm directly impact visitor satisfaction. You'll perform multiple shows daily while maintaining the highest standards of character portrayal and guest interaction.

What You'll Do

• Perform as assigned LEGO characters throughout the park in parades, meet-and-greets, and stage shows
• Engage with guests of all ages while remaining fully committed to character integrity
• Maintain energy and enthusiasm through multiple daily performances in full costume
• Follow choreography, scripts, and show directions provided by the production team
• Work collaboratively with fellow performers and crew members to ensure seamless entertainment experiences
• Build positive relationships with guests while ensuring their safety and comfort

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and genuine passion for entertaining families and children
• Physical stamina to perform in costume for extended periods in an outdoor theme park environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction
• Positive attitude and reliability—you must be able to commit to a consistent performance schedule
• Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining focus on guest experience
• Experience in performance, dance, or theater is a plus but not required
