About the Role
As a Character Performer, you'll embody iconic LEGOLAND® characters to engage and delight guests throughout the park. Working with RWS Global, a specialized production company known for delivering high-quality entertainment experiences at theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and corporate events worldwide, you'll be at the heart of creating magical moments for families and children.
What You'll Do
- Perform as LEGOLAND® characters in full costume during park operations
- Interact authentically with guests, responding to requests for photos, autographs, and character-appropriate conversation
- Execute choreography and scripted performances with energy and precision
- Maintain character integrity throughout your shift in all guest interactions
- Follow safety protocols and physical guidelines while wearing costume
- Attend rehearsals and training sessions to stay current with show content
- Collaborate with fellow cast members and entertainment staff
- Adapt to changing guest needs and park schedules with flexibility and professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Physical fitness and ability to perform in full costume for extended periods
- Genuine enthusiasm for entertainment and guest interaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an engaging personality
- Ability to take direction and work as part of an entertainment ensemble
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and seasonal peaks
- Reliability and professionalism in a customer-facing role
- Previous performance or character experience (theater, costumes, or entertainment) is a plus
