Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Routine Inspections Manager to join our supportive residential property management team servicing Warragul and Drouin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine inspections on properties within the region, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough routine inspections of residential properties to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards
• Document findings and report any issues or necessary repairs to the management team
• Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders regarding inspection results and follow-up actions
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for inspections and record-keeping
• Support career progression into Property Management if desired

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or a related field
• Strong understanding of residential property maintenance and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for job-related travel
