About the Role

The role involves leading the coordination, development, and delivery of high-quality proposals, tenders, and client presentations across WTW's business. This is a 12-month contract position based in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide) with no remote work option.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for strategic pursuits, tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and panel submissions.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive and compelling proposals are developed.
• Coordinate internal teams and external resources as needed to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements during the proposal development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bid management or a related field, preferably within the insurance or risk consulting industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present proposals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and synthesize it into compelling proposal content.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
