About the Role

As Rooms Controller, you'll oversee critical functions that directly impact guest experience and hotel performance. You'll manage room inventory, coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams, analyze occupancy metrics, and help optimize room rate strategies. This role bridges operations and finance, requiring both analytical precision and strong cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Monitor room inventory, occupancy rates, and availability to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate daily operations between front desk, reservations, and housekeeping departments
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports on room operations and financial metrics
• Support rate management and pricing strategies in collaboration with revenue leadership
• Respond to guest concerns and service issues to ensure exceptional room experiences
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of room status and maintenance needs
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency across the rooms division

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hotel operations, front office, or rooms division experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
