Room Attendant – Hotel Solea

About the Role

As a Room Attendant at Hotel Solea, you'll play a vital role in our operations by ensuring guest rooms and bathrooms meet our established quality and performance standards. Your work directly supports our hotel's ability to maximize room availability and guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

What You'll Do

• Clean, sanitize, and reset guest bedrooms and bathrooms according to established procedures and quality standards
• Perform self-inspections of cleaned rooms before releasing them for sale to ensure they meet all requirements
• Service occupied guest rooms, changing linens, restocking amenities, and addressing guest requests promptly
• Sort, count, fold, and manage linens and guest supplies efficiently throughout your shift
• Report maintenance issues, damage, or cleanliness concerns to management immediately
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all hotel safety protocols
• Collaborate with other housekeeping and front-of-house team members to support smooth daily operations
