About the Role

The Rip Curl Lifecycle & CRM Lead is a pivotal position within our team. This role will oversee the entire customer journey from acquisition to retention, ensuring seamless experiences and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic CRM initiatives and lifecycle marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, SMS) to nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment on CRM objectives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost, retention rate, and lifetime value to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and advanced analytics software
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on CRM objectives
• A deep understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• A passion for surf culture and an understanding of the unique dynamics within the surfing community
