Arhaus Recruiting is seeking a full-time Photographic Retoucher to join our team in the United States. Since 1986, we've crafted heirloom-quality furniture and home furnishings using sustainable materials. Your retouching expertise will help bring our artisan products to life through beautifully refined imagery that tells our brand story.
About the Role
As a Photographic Retoucher, you'll transform raw product photography into gallery-quality images that showcase the craftsmanship behind our designs. Working with high-resolution files and advanced editing tools, you'll refine every detail to reflect our brand's commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Execute color correction and tonal adjustments on product photographs
- Remove imperfections while preserving natural texture and detail
- Perform background cleanup, compositing, and image enhancement
- Ensure color consistency across photography campaigns
- Collaborate with photography and marketing teams on project specifications
- Maintain organized file systems and deliver assets in required formats
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar professional editing software
- Demonstrated experience retouching product or lifestyle photography
- Strong eye for color, composition, and fine detail
- Ability to manage high-volume projects while maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of image file formats, color management, and digital asset workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating retouching expertise
