As a Retail Part Time Store Associate you will be the friendly face of the store, helping customers find the products they need while contributing to a welcoming shopping environment. Your efforts directly support sales growth and store success.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and assist them with product selection in a courteous, knowledgeable manner
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system
• Maintain tidy sales floors by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and performing routine cleanup
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policies
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to replenishment needs
• Participate in visual merchandising initiatives to highlight promotional items
• Adhere to safety and loss‑prevention procedures to protect store assets

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen actively to customer needs
• Basic math proficiency for handling cash and processing payments
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus but not required
• Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
