Role Overview

This position is pivotal in supporting Beghouconsulting's staffing and consultant operations by managing resource requests and aligning talent with project requirements. Reporting to the Director of Staffing & Operations, the Staffing Specialist coordinates resource assignments by balancing professional skills and goals with project requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource requests and align talent with project needs
• Coordinate resource assignments, ensuring a balance between professional skills and project requirements
• Support consultant operations, managing day-to-day activities beyond staffing assignments

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in talent management and resource allocation
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ambient knowledge of life sciences industry, particularly commercialization strategies and data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
