About the Role

We are seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to serve as a central figure in our financial planning, reporting, and Adaptive system administrations. This is a high-visibility role supporting consolidation, executive and Board-level reporting, and revenue forecasting for a publicly traded company.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Create detailed financial reports for executive management and Board-level presentations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A or a related field
• CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Adaptive system administration is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
