Lead FP&A Analyst at Amwell - Remote Position About the Role We are seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to serve as a central figure in our financial planning, reporting, and Adaptive system administrations. This is a high-visibility role supporting consolidation, executive and Board-level reporting, and revenue forecasting for a publicly traded company. Your Responsibilities Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting Create detailed financial reports for executive management and Board-level presentations Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A or a related field CFA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) Familiarity with Adaptive system administration is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously About the Company Amwell, headquartered in the United States but operating globally, is transforming healthcare through technology and innovation.
