What This Role Involves
Beghou is establishing an AI-native operating model encompassing enterprise Claude and ChatGPT integrations, a growing internal skills library, MCP server ecosystems, an internal AI Lab site, and firm-wide cost and governance obligations. This role focuses on the underlying AI-specific platform, security, and configuration layers, including managed policy files, connector and MCP governance, security reviews, token controls, admin and access management, and deployment infrastructure.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Secure, configure, govern, and deploy the AI platform to ensure it runs as managed infrastructure with clear standards and ownership as Beghou’s AI footprint scales.
- Manage policy files, connectors, and MCP governance for the AI platform.
- Conduct security reviews and enforce token controls to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Implement admin and access management strategies to ensure secure user interactions with the platform.
- Deploy infrastructure necessary for the smooth operation of the AI platform.
Skills & Qualifications
- Expertise in AI platform security, configuration, and governance.
- Experience with managed policy files, connectors, and MCP governance.
