The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Residential Wake-Up Team at Thrive Academy. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a commitment to supporting the well-being of our students.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Educate and assist students in waking up on time for school
• Maintain a positive and encouraging environment throughout the morning routine
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during wake-up procedures
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents regarding student well-being
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• Prior experience in education or residential care settings is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• A commitment to the mission and values of Thrive Academy
